Tá Entregue (Tá Liso): the digital shopping centre for local businesses in Pará
A delivery marketplace built for merchants in northern Brazil, where people can buy and sell almost anything: customer, merchant and courier apps integrated in real time, plus a company website and web dashboard. It launched as Tá Liso and now operates as Tá Entregue.

Context and problem
In Pará, everyday commerce goes far beyond restaurants: the corner grocery, the pharmacy, the water and gas supplier, the building-supplies shop, the fishing and boating stores. The big delivery platforms were designed for a different reality, centred on restaurants in large cities, and leave much of this local retail out — or without an experience that fits the region's merchants and customers.
Tá Liso — "the delivery app that gets you" — was created to fill that gap: a digital shopping centre that reflects local merchants in Pará, where people can buy and sell almost anything, at affordable prices and with a more human service, close to the daily lives of sellers and buyers.
To work, the operation had to connect three audiences in real time — buyers, sellers and couriers — and support expansion to other cities in the North. The product has since been rebranded as Tá Entregue; the company website still carries the original brand.
Expansion runs on franchises: in each city, the platform is operated by a local franchisee. The technology had to support this multi-city model from day one.
My responsibility
- Tech Lead and Senior Developer for the platform at StarNorte Tecnologia.
- Feature architecture, code reviews and mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
- Built the Customer and Partner apps and led the team that built the Courier app, the company website and the web dashboard, also contributing code to them.
- A team of 4 developers: 2 mobile and 2 full-stack.
Solution
One platform with five fronts — customer app, partner (merchant) app, courier app, company website and web dashboard — all talking to the same backend.
Customer app: town selection, categories from food and groceries to fishing, boating and building supplies, a special-offers showcase with filters by discount and price, shop pages with opening status and a sectioned menu, products with add-ons, a basket, online or cash-on-delivery payment and a delivery fee set by each shop.
Partner app: order management with real-time notifications, menu updates, stock control and sales analysis.
Courier app: sign-up with service type, courier and vehicle photos, a live map with the courier's position, an online/offline toggle to receive jobs, routes, earnings tracking and ratings.
Company website: brand presentation, access to the shops, partner acquisition ("Become a partner") and app downloads.
Web dashboard: the web version of shop management — tracking and managing orders, general administration of the shop and customer support.
Architecture decisions
- Three independent Flutter apps, one per audience, consuming the same API, Cloud Functions and Firebase database: business rules stay centralised in the backend and each app evolves on its own.
- BLoC/Cubit for state management across the three apps, with the same architecture pattern in each.
- Firestore to keep order status in sync between customer, shop and courier in real time.
- Google Maps API for location, tracking map and routes.
