Context and problem

SUPRA (Advanced Supervision) is the platform DNIT, Brazil's federal transport infrastructure agency, uses to manage and track road, waterway and railway engineering works, with inspection, measurements and reports.

My responsibility

  • Full-stack developer at SISCON, responsible for SUPRA's front end, back end and database.
  • Worked on the railway and waterway sectors; earlier contributions to the road sector (Dynatest) and to railway and waterway (Falconi).

Solution

Web platform with inspection, measurement, reporting and integrated BI modules covering road, waterway and railway works.

Email and password sign-in, integrated with the DNIT and Federal Government systems ecosystem.

Architecture decisions

  • PHP with CodeIgniter and SQL Server, in line with the agency's existing infrastructure.
